About the agency

A husband and wife team, and a growing bench

Celestial Wealth Agency was built by two people who came into financial services from somewhere else and never lost the habit of explaining things plainly. That is the whole premise: education before product, design before sales.

Why we exist

The industry sells products. We sell clarity.

Every financial tool has a cost, a limit and a scenario where it is the wrong answer. Most people are shown the upside and never shown where the strategy breaks. That gap is the reason this agency exists.

We are independent, which means no carrier employs us and no house product has to be placed. It also means the reason behind a recommendation has to hold up in writing, because there is no corporate mandate to hide behind.

The second half of the business is people. We license and develop financial professionals, most of whom arrive from outside the industry. That work is not a side activity. It is how a two person practice becomes an agency that can still answer the phone in ten years.

Independent, not captive

We are not employed by a carrier and we have no house product to push. Recommendations come from a shelf of carriers, and the reason for the pick is written down.

Education before product

The first meeting has no application in it. If you leave understanding your options and decide to do nothing, that is a legitimate outcome and we will tell you so.

Design over sales

Funding matters. Structure matters. Carrier selection matters. The same product can succeed or fail depending on how it was built, and that is where the work happens.

A team, not a solo agent

Co-Founder and Executive Marketing Director

Zeena Yasin Carmona

Zeena has spent more than sixteen years in the financial industry. She came into it from the medical field, where the job was explaining consequential decisions to people on the worst day of their week, and that is still how she runs a first appointment.

As Executive Marketing Director she leads the agency's field organization, which means licensing new professionals, running training, and sitting in appointments alongside the people she has developed. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and speaks regularly on financial literacy and building a business from scratch.

Geancarlo Carmona

Geancarlo built his first business in fitness, where results are measurable, excuses are obvious and the only thing that compounds is what you do when nobody is watching. He brought the same standard into financial services.

He focuses on policy design and leadership development: how a strategy is funded, how it is structured, which carrier it belongs with, and how to train a new professional to do that work correctly. He writes publicly about capital strategy for business owners and is unusually blunt about what cash value life insurance can and cannot do.

How we work

Five steps, start to annual review

Discovery

A real conversation about income, obligations, timeline and what you are actually afraid of. No product is mentioned. Nothing is sold. Roughly 45 minutes.

Analysis

We map what you already own, where the gaps are and what each dollar is currently doing. You get the picture in writing, including the parts that are working fine.

Design

Two or three routes, side by side, with the trade-offs written down. Guarantees, liquidity, tax treatment, fees and the scenario where each one underperforms.

Implementation

Applications, underwriting, transfers and beneficiary designations handled end to end, with a named person you can call instead of a service queue.

Annual review

Income changes, tax law changes, families change. The strategy gets re-examined every year and adjusted rather than left to drift for a decade.

Proof

What it sounds like when it works

A first meeting that changed what somebody thought they wanted, a contract finally explained line by line, and a career changer ninety days in.

Meet the people before you decide anything.

The first conversation is free, has no application in it, and ends with a written picture of where you stand.
